"Okay, so functionally the 2009 Honda Pilot is a strong player in the crossover segment. It's roomy, has more power and better gas mileage than its predecessor, and it's built like, well, a Honda. But why oh why does it have to look like it was designed on the back of an envelope with a set-square and a pencil?"-MotorTrend
Unfortunately, I'm going to have to agree with MotorTrend on this one. The new Pilot looks as if it were designed to be futuristic, yet at the same time, not. The grille looks as if it were designed by a robot or something, or for a robot. There's too many sharp angles on the front of the vehicle, and none to accompany them in the back. The fender flares are round, and the rear of the Pilot is round(kind of), so it's like two different vehicles crammed into one. But it does have a Honda badge on the front, that's always a positive!
